How to Read a Contract

Reading a contract can be difficult.  Understanding how to read a contract will help to ensure that you know what all the requirements are.  This seminar will explain the uniform contract format, the content of the sections found within a contract and will also discuss a suggested order for reading the sections of a contract.

Seminar will take place at the Partnership for Defense Innovation located at 455 Ramsey Street.  There is no cost to attend.
